Administration: There was a new printer purchased for the office in preparation for providing pool passes for the new season. The office required IT assistance this past month and was very satisfied with the service provided by Computer Pros. In the future, the office will be utilizing Computer Pros when in need of IT assistance.
Clubhouse: The window film application is almost complete on the west side of the clubhouse. This film blocks 72% of the incoming solar heat and will significantly reduce the workload on the AC system and its related utility costs.
Community Relations: The Easter Egg Hunt was well attended and we had another very successful Spring Cleanup Day. Thanks to all of the participating residents and a very special thanks to all of the volunteers that made this happen, it could not be done without you. The Memorial Day Cookout is scheduled for noon on Sunday, May 26th, in the event of rain it will be held at the same time the following day.
Finance: The 2018 tax return and compilation is in progress and expected to be completed by the end of May.
Grounds: New mulch has been placed at the playgrounds. Again, Spring Cleanup Day was a huge success. The chipper was well utilized and 6 dumpsters were filled along with 1 ½ loads of scrap metal hauled off. Thank you to all involved.
Pools: Lifeguard certification is scheduled and alternative venues are being considered due to the rain and cool temperatures as of late.
The meeting was adjourned without objection.
